November sun - Canary Islands 2 bedrooms - near town/village - recommendations?

Hi all
We are looking for a winter sun holiday in November but would like 2 bedrooms (one for our 1yr old to sleep in) probably Canary Islands and would like to be near a vibrant town/village to go out for dinner etc - any recommendations?

Know area well. Puerto del Carmen in Lanzarote buzzing with restaurants
of every kind, clean and still mostly not too tacky. Lovely fish restaurant
on the beach (it jutts out with people fishing right there)
The only negative is that it is a bit hilly unless you take accommodation
on the beach/seafront. Some beaches are not too sandy as it is a
volcanic island.
Playa Blanca another newer and smaller resort- take the boat to Fuerteventura from there. Use the local buses
Fuerteventura has glorious sandy dunes but only Correoleos, the capital
has the full aray of eateries
