Butlins or Haven?

Where would be best to go in mid May Mon-Fri?
Family break with sil, bil, dn, mil, sfil, dh, me and ds1 & ds2.(2 kids will be 27mths, 1 will be 9mths)
Butlins Minehead - Two bedroom apartments Self catering from 4 nights in May ?153.00 per apartment.
or
Devon Cliffs which is Haven for ?137.00 in a caravan.

Or is there an alternative?

butlins. been both and haven was boring.butlins is so good been 3 times this year.kids love it there.

Butlins - only been to Skegness one but heard Minehead is better. Not so much to do at Haven and I have found accomodation not always the cleanest (unless you have gold/deluxe that is)
