HELP....Recommend an apartments or villa abroad for a girlie weekend?

Want to book either a villa or apartment for about 6 of us next Summer for my 40th - I will pay for accommodation and friends will just need flights.

Would like it to be a short ride from airport (no more than 30mins), have a shop nearby so we can stock up on food, drinks, also maybe a couple of restuarants nearby
