I have booked some places through Hotels.com - no problem. I tried to book another place on Monday but got the message "Sorry, the booking system seems to be down at the moment". I wasn't too worried because I assumed that they were using the Bank Holiday to do maintenance.
Tried it again yesterday and got the same message. It's still down now, on Wednesday morning. What's going on?
