Royal Caribbean pay online

Has anyone booked with Royal Caribbean and paid online?

I can't seem to find any button or link to do so when logged in.

I have messaged them but they are taking ages to reply and I want to avoid phoning them for my sanity's sake.

People on cruise critic past threads have said there's a button that says payment but I don't know if the uk and us sites look different so thought I'd ask here.

I had this exact same problem yesterday, when I came to pay the balance on our cruise.

Like you, I wanted to avoid a long and unnecessary phone call. Eventually, I found the option to pay on-line by logging on to my Royal Caribbean account and the payment tab was there waiting for me. I had previously set up a Royal Caribbean account from choosing 'my cruises' option in the 'manage my booking' link included in the original invoice emailed to me on booking.
