Day trip to Amsterdam tomorrow - itinerary please!

Can I have some ideas please - flying into Schipol tomorrow at about 9.30am, get train to Centraal Station (15 min journey?); was going to go to Anne Frank's house first, after that, no idea!

Want a leisurely sort of day, maybe one museum, boat ride, mooch in shops. Have to be back at the airport by 6.30pm.

There is a shop which sells nothing but toothbrushes - no big deal I know but I thought it was kind of cute.

Really? Must get ds a Dutch one then, he has a 'thing' about toothbrushes!
