Paris Hotel Recommendations Please

Hi - we are going to Paris in late October for my Dad's 70th.

So we have my parents in one room and then myself, DH and DD (13) in another room.

We are looking for a nice area (near Champs Elysees perhaps) with restaurants in walking distance if possible. 5 star may be beyond our budget but a nice 4 star would be good.

Thanks!

We stayed at the Hotel Crystal in St Germain a couple of years ago and it was pretty decent. It's about a minute from the metro and in a very upmarket area with lots of cafe's. For Paris, we got a good rate for the place so worth taking a look at! We adults + our youngest daughter had a really nice room on the 1st floor that had been recently renovated, our teenage daughters had an older less smart room further up so if it's of interest, ask for a renovated room. I'd stay again, great location and reasonable price!
