What are your absolute must see or do things?

I have the usual touristy spots planned, but if anyone can recommend anything I may not have thought or heard of, it would be most welcome.

Ooh you lucky thing - some ideas:

Turkish baths in the Marais - in fact, general mooch around the Marais (lots of independent shops).

Espace Dali in Montmatre

Monet Waterlillies at Musee de l'Orangerie

Vietnamese meal (v good in Paris thanks to colonial links)

Stroll along the Seine
