Hello mums. Need your suggestions please. We are thinking of going on a caravan with a two yr old, just wondering if where is the nice place to visit. Preferably close to beaches or play ground. It will be our first time, so we are clueless. Thanks in advance Smile

you will need to narrow it down to an area of the country, a price range and a date and then people can make suggestions that might be relevant. also consider posting in general advice under holidays and you might get a bit more traffic.

Thanks for the information. Smile We prefer around Essex, month of July. Only three people. Is it better to book in advance to get a good rate or wait until last minute?

Depends if you are looking at very early in July. but even july is when the scots break up so last week in June would be cheaper. have you thought about Suffolk? southwold is lovely.

Southwold is lovely with nice self catering places and beach huts on the beach. not raucous seaside town type stuff. just nice gentle holidays.
