a short weekend in Paris

Hello all, hubby is taken us for dinner in Paris as a birthday treat. We are all very excited, will get there lunchtime Sat, leaving lunchtime Sun. What is a must? Any great experiences of hotels, restaurant and tips what and where to book much appreciated!

Budget for hotel?
You can have dinner up the Eifel tower, that might kill two birds.
I'd also do Seine river trip. Easier than walking everywhere but gives you a nice overview.
Pick a museum. Be blown away.

We stayed here but not sure it has family rooms. Ideal location and view. I think look around here and to the other side if the river on Booking.com as you can sort by map, price and room size.. Norte Dame is good location for one night too.
