thinking of taking my dp for a weekend trip to new york however, i was a naughty girl some 17yrs ago and got a 1 yr conditional discharge told that this is finished or erased from records 5yrs after the sentence.however the rules are now that even if you have been aressed you have to apply for a visa has any one got any advice?????
