Bluestone... Do I need to book everything prior to going?

Hi,

Wondering if I need to book up all activities before going or if I can do it once we are there? Same question for the meals? We have a 8 and 11 year old.

I find it difficult booking up everything prior, especially as the weather is so unpredictable!

I would say yes it's worth doing as I've been there before and been unable to do everything we wanted.

We booked beforehand as didn't want to risk not doing the activities we wanted. Certain activities are only available on specific days anyway so waiting for weather won't help.
