We are looking to book our first family holiday (did Orlando last year with my parents but this is the first by ourselves). Kids are 9 and 11. We have no idea where to begin!
We have a budget of £2500 for a week, don't want to fly too far due to the time of the holiday and also DD is afraid of flying! We want sunshine but not TOO hot (it was 35 degrees in Florida and the kids struggled with the heat). Preferably would like a resort with stuff for kids to do but kids clubs not necessary (DS has aspergers so would probably not join in anyway!). Oh and we are in Surrey so would prefer to go from Gatwick.
Self catering is fine - budget can increase if AI.
