Villa hire - best company?

Hi guys.

I have done a tonne of package holidays and a few not but have never actually booked a villa. Looking at Balearics.
Any tips? Is there a good reputable company? Am wary to book privately as would worry about being dodgy.

We have booked several villas and apartments though Holiday Lettings and Owners Direct.

We have used Villaplus a few times and really recommend them but can be quite pricey, but then so are other villa packages we looked at. But spotlessly clean, flights and transfers always on time, rep in resort. Also Atol and Abta protected. I would go with them again definitely

We just had our first villa holiday using James Villas, booked as a package.
Everything went well, villa was lovely and exactly as shown in the pictures.

Second Owners Direct. Have booked many villas in Mallorca through them - good rates and no problems. Have also used Villa Parade once (though not sure if they're still around or not).

Very impressed with Villaplus last year.

Airbnb and specify a pool in filters if that's what you are after.
