last year we went to the Catherdral - that was a fab place to go

go to the cathedral again then - it is one of the best in the country I think.

Maybe a trip to the coast if the weather is ok - my kids would love that.

If you like walking then the Wolds are good.

ill defo go back to the Catherdral and hope we can get in the part where they filmed Da Vinci Code as it was shut last time we were there and yes i dont mind the walking too

Rand Park Farm which is near Wragby is good. Lots of animals, indoor play barn, etc.

If you have a wet/windy day then Funtasia which is a very big soft play area in North Hykeham is great. Biggest play area I've been to.

The castle.

Clumber Park which is over in Nottingahmshire, but not far away is a nice National Trust place - walk in the woods, round the lake.

Whisby Nature Park.

Sundown Adventureland isn't far away.

Seal Sanctuary at Skegness.

Woodside Falconry about 5miles from Lincoln.

You should be able to find info on all of these by googling - sorry I'm bad with links. And the Chapter House at the Cathedral should be open - its hardly ever shut.

rand and sundown are great!

Funtasia is also good and is less smelly than Playzone, which is by the fotball ground.

there is aslo a new, excellent and very hands on museum in the toewn. Free!

Most of Rand is inside or in a big barn. There is a field with trampolines, swings, etc on - I guess that could get muddy at this time of year (only go in summer).

It might be worth having them in the car boot - they'll let you go back to the car to get them if you want.
