Getting my babies passport

Hi, I am applying for my first baby's passport but haven't yet changed my surname on my passport to my married name, but on her birth certificate it has my married name. Will this be an issue when I send off for hers?

No, because you need the long-form birth certificate and that will show your maiden name as well.
