Balearics/Greece/Portugal?

Give me your best tips for where to take DD for a week when she finishes GCSEs.

Close to a beach, easy access for me and my cripply bits, close to restaurants/cafes/bars but not noisy.

Reasonably priced.

Either Soller or Puerto Pollensa in Mallorca - both beautiful, both have lovely old towns...if I had to choose, I'd go for Pollensa .

Menorca is lovely too. Cala galdana was lovely, but maybe too small/quiet?

We have done Pollensa - I agree it is lovely - but not sure I want to go back (it was the last holiday we had with my mum and for personal reasons it might not have good vibes).

DD fancies Greece, but I am not sure how I feel about Greece and the whole migrant crisis.

Will have a look at Menorca.

How about Arillas in Corfu? As far as I remember it's pretty flat.

Roda in Corfu - very flat, opposite side of the country for migrants (unless they want to get to Albania which I doubt!), beautiful beach, fab restaurants, bars etc. low key, friendly and very relaxing. There are 2 nightclubs but no noise! We love it!

We've booked a 2 bedroom apartment in Roda for e400 for 2 weeks in school hi days - extra e5 a day for AC. That's basic (still has pool, bar etc) fo there is good range of cheap to luxury accommodation.

Beautiful beaches, nice family resort, lovely marina and restaurants.

It's our family holiday every year. It's only two hour flight!
