Hotels in Brighton - recommendations please

Want to take DH away in Feb to mark 20 years together!! God that makes me feel old. Seem to remember reading on here about some lovely places in Brigton but can't find threads.

Hotel du Vin is lovely and very well located for everything, it also has a great bar and restaurant. If you were hoping to just go overnight you need to be aware that pretty much every hotel in Brighton operates a 2 night minimum booking at the weekend.

Thanks for your replies. I was hoping for just the Sat night, didn't realise it would be 2 nights only.
