Holiday Cottage Rentals in the Uk- any suggestions?

Looking for a 5 or 6 bedroom cottage or farmhouse for 4 couples, 3 5 year olds and 2 babies to celebrate my DM's 70th.
Ideally within an hour or 2's drive from London. First choice of location is Aldburgh/Southwold in Suffolk but Google isn't finding me much...Any recommendations?
Would be for a weekend only, at some point this summer. Thanks

so, if you are looking in school summer hols all of July - end of August, no cottage is going to give you just a weekend because they are all only interested in full weeks. that's the gove effect for you! if you are thinking May and June (avoiding half term) then you will definitely find something.

we stay in a place in Cornwall which is going to be about 4 hours from London so a bit too far for you but its HERE

If you do want school summer hols then your only options will either be super expensive (because they will charge you a full week price even though you only want a weekend) or you need to go for something like a Travelodge or maybe take over a small hotel/b and b.
