Going to Lisbon for 3 days at May half term with 13yo boy. Any top tips would be very welcome.

We went to Lisbon with our kids who were a fair bit younger but loved it - the trams are fun to ride. The waterfront area is great too - cool museums (Sciencia Viva was a hit with our 4 and 7 year old, your kids may be too old), bikes you can hire and a cable car. We took a train to Caiscais (beach area outside of Lisbon) which was lovely too if you want some beach action. The food there is good - and the coffees are fab. Enjoy!

There is an amazing science museum near the aquarium. Can't remember what it is called. The aquarium is also great.

Moorish castle on the hill was lovely
aquarium
good shopping centre at the expo area
lots of lovely squares to walk through

thanks all, very much appreciated. Science museum sounds great for ds and modern art museum for me! And moorish castle right up our street.

We're staying a bit out of the centre (near the zoo metro stop) which I hope isn't an issue - was in two minds about being more central but got such a good deal.
