Tredethick is brilliant but it books up way in advance and it's completely booked for 2007 I think. Website here anyway.

Wow that looks amazing, but where's the DVD player and heated pool?

Looks like an experience but a bit toooo rustic for me! I'm a true townie!

we won the mumsnet competition to Bosinver Farm cottages . Didn't take the kids but they were very good, and probably will take them one day- even ds1- they were than welcoming.

Trying link
this

Well this thread has just prompted me to provisionally book Bosinver for July . Not much choice of accommodation left though, so hope it is ok !

Jimjams2 · 31/12/2006 19:43

We stayed in one of the cheap Bosinver cottages (well it was a freebie) and it was good. Clean, warm and even safe enough for us to take our autistic son one day.

You can even log into mumsnet from the room next to the office

LIZS · 31/12/2006 19:49

Any idea just how , er, compact the 2 bed ones that sleep 4 are, looks like just a shower in the bathroom. Not done sc in UK since ds was a baby so unsure what to expect !

Jimjams2 · 31/12/2006 19:52

Is it Pear? We stayed in pear- just a shower, but a big one. The rooms are fine.

LIZS · 31/12/2006 19:56

Yup !

Jimjams2 · 31/12/2006 19:58

say hi to them from the mumsnetter who won the competition- they're very friendly. Perhaps they'll provide another prize

crunchie · 31/12/2006 20:06

I looke at Tredithick today and apart from one week in june in one cottage it is fully booked in 2007 and partly booked in 2008.

It is a fab place though
