paphos in April?

Has anyone been to paphos in April? Can you tell me if it is hot enough to sunbathe? One place I checked gave temperatures of 15 and the other 23?

We went in May 2014 (think about 7th to 19th) and it was very hot then so April should be fine for sunbathing!

We went last Easter. It was definitely okay to sit out but not very hot. We thought it was perfect weather. The pools were too cold though as they take time to heat up.
We got there at the end of March and some of the bars etc were still closed up for winter. On 1st April everything opened up and the town transformed overnight.

We stayed at the Phaethon. Nice hotel but quite far out, we needed to get buses into Paphos.

It would be the 2nd or 3rd April we fly out, do you think I will get better weather in paphos or the canaries?
