Child/baby car seats in hired cars - Majorca - can anyone help?

NOw that Xmas is over my thoughts have returned to my summer hols! Going to Majorca in late May / early June and staying in a villa.

My children will be 2.5 (twins) and 6 months old (new baby) so we will need three car seats, two bigger ones and one baby one. Do they provide them or are we going to have to take them all with us? If so do the airlines let you take them or are they classed as part of your luggage? We are flying with JEt 2 from Leeds so its a no frills flight already......

Can anyone help or has anyone had any experience of hiring car seats in Majorca and if so which firm did you use?

Thanks in advance.....

no experience of majorca, but in menorca and spain, i use carjet.com

i take the baby car seat (one without a base) but hire a child one. They're not great but ok. i have always just taken it as part of luggage but don't know about Jet2. airlines are usually quite lenient with kids stuff (travel cots, buggies etc...)

We hired them with the car (Avis iirc) at palma airport. The car hire place is opposite the terminal in a covered car park. Not the greatest and fairly basic but fine for the amount of driving we did.
