Lanzarote- in Feb?

Any views? Is it warm enough to sit in the sun? I gather Playa Blanca is a popular area - what about Teguise? I favour smallish places, but with a range of cafes / restaurants, rather than mass-built up and busy.

I don't think any of lanzarote is particularly built up you could choose any resort although I'd probably choose playa blanca.

Should be warm enough to sunbathe but I'd probably find the pool and the sea a bit cold for swimming.

We went to Costa Teguise one February. The temperature averaged at about 18 degrees during the day. The evenings were cold and we needed the heating on in the apartment. I didn't like Costa Teguise. It is completely devoid of any character, has no defined centre or harbour, and although there were loads of places to eat out they were rather ordinary.

Oh, and it is very windy.
