Can you help please....4 or 5* hotel, good indoor pool, kids stuff but 'naice' and not full of botoxed people, Marbella Estepona etc

I have looked at The Marbella Club and Marriott Estepona so far. Are there any other you could recommend please?
We want a 'naice' family holiday, indoor pool essential as it is for February, kids stuff to do would be great but doesn't have to be a kids club. Any ideas please?? We normally self cater but fancy a hotel this time . thanks.

February in Europe isn't that warm canaries is best bet but make sure you get heated pool and somewhere with plenty sightseeing as you won't be doing that much sunbathing. Lanzarote has plenty to do.
I would suggest Caribbean at that time of year though really.
