Recommendations for Cheap car hire in Portugal

Has anyone got any recommendations fot cheap car hire in Portugal? We will need to collect from faro airport at the beginning of June for 12 days.
What are your experiences of car size - we need to be able to get 2 adults, 2 children 1 buggy and 1 set of golf clubs in plus cases!
