Cluster of gites with shared pool but in Spain?

I'm searching, searching but nothing is quite right or already booked!

Long shot but has anyone got a personal recommendation please? Or. Ah e a website I haven't searched yet!

I'm thinking mainland Spain - Andalusia area. Ideally would love to be within reasonable walking distance of a little village.

Any ideas/thoughts much appreciated - thank you.

I book through menyber in nerja. I've never stayed in a gite. So don't know if anything on there ticks your boxes but nerja is naice and not a typical brit abroad destination. We have paid 750 for a private villa (week) with own pool.

Is a Gite what would be called a Villa in Spain or is it something different?

Your best bet is probably to get a villa in a complex with shared pool. There are countless ones all over the coast. Personally I like Estepona as a bit less British if you're in Costa del Sol area, or somewhere in the mountains.

Nerja is very nice. There was a complex near our villa called El Capistrano - looked very pretty, with a good shop, bar, restaurant, pool, etc. Walking distance into town, slightly hilly on the way back.
