Have been trawling my usual holiday rentals website and found this - 100 metres from the Spanish steps, sleeps 5 - £150 a week all year round and apparently completely unbooked ATM????

2 bathrooms...air conditioning...shurely shome mistake!

(Also has "autonomous heating", not sure I like the sound of that!)

that just seems too good to be true
if it's right i'm sure we'll soon fill it.

well i read it as £150 per week too. so you're not the only one.

I've justy booked 2 weeks there janh. Thanks so much If it had cost more than £150 a week I'd have to sell my children!!
