Where is the best holiday destination in february with 2 kids under 3 and a half?

just wondering if anyone has any ideas of a good place to go on holiday in feb with a 2 year old and a 3 1/2 year old? money isn't really an issue. dh doesn't fancy the canaries and that seems to be the obvious choice! the caribbean? mexico? singapore? help!

Club Med offer great family holidays and most villages have creche facilities goverened by the EU laws on childminding.

If you want guaranteed sunshine it has to be the Caribbean,far East or Oz.
Caribbean highly child friendly and if money isn't an issue then there are some great hotels with excellent children's facilities.

Cape Town!!!! - no jetlag, cheap, sunshine, penguins on the beach - close to perfect
