January winter sun with a 9 month old recommendations please!

We are looking to go away in Jan 2016 with our DS who will be 9 months. We would like separate rooms ideally for him to sleep in his own room. Any baby friendly recommendations?
Happy to go long haul or more short haul as long as sun is guaranteed!

Beaches Turks and Caicos is very family friendly. They have many different types of rooms / suites, several of which have separate sleeping areas for kids.
The kids camp takes babies from a few months old and there's lots of splash areas and zero entry pools which would be perfect for a baby.
