Any advice on Destination for October

We want to be as hot as possible but not Turkey.

Any recommendations? we're looking to spend £1300 for 2 adults 2 children for 5 nights...

Marrakesh. There are a couple of lovely Riu all inclusive hotels that you can book direct and flights with Ryanair are cheap.

I'm in Cyprus as I type, near Paphos. It's absolutely glorious today but the forecast for the next few days looks a little iffy. Am at the Sensatori Aphrodite Hills hotel, it's a Thomson but not sure if they do a 5 night stay.
