Help!! Im sending my 2 dd's forms together (Ive done it all online so its just the declaration etc)
How do I attach the photo to the form? I presume its the unsigned one that goes on the form??
Also, my passport has now expired so I havent used the number on their form. I assume I have to send my birth certificate also?
