Canaries, on the beach with kids club

[Beachday]

And not miles away from the airport!
Was looking at Fuerteventura and some are 80km away from airport.
Any recommendations ?
Water park/slides would be a bonus!

Lanzarote? Half the size of FV and some resorts are within 10 km of airport.

Even Playa Blanca at the bottom is probably only 20/30 mins away. If you stay there, you can go to FV on the ferry for a day trip. Lots of other things to do too and a range of lovely beaches, nice Marina with restaurants etc.

Princess Yaiza is the Mumsnet Favourite luxury family friendly hotel, but there's loads of others at a range of prices. There's also a small waterpark near the resort.

Tenerife - Costa Adeje is only about 20 mins ( or 25 euros in a taxi) from the airport. We've stayed at the Iberostar Anthelia which is a lovely hotel about 5 mins walk from the beach- quite pricey though , but there's lots of other nice hotels there as well. Hotel Isabel a little more of a walk from the beach but gets good write ups for facilities and I think has a kids club.

Free bus from many stops to a great water park called Siam Park which your DCs should love.

Costa Caleta Fuerteventura is only around a 20 min airport transfer. Barcelo Thalasso Spa Hotel was lovely and the kids club was great. Also Meloneras Gran Canarira is a really nice resort. Airport transfer wasn't long at all. We stayed at the ClubHotel Riu Meloneras. Fab kids club there and super hotel.

Holiday village in either lanzarote or Tenerife maybe. Loads of kids clubs, great pools etc.
