Things to do in Ibiza with a toddler

I have booked a week self catering in San Antonio Bay in May for DP, DS and me. DS will be 20 months when we go.

There is a great splash pool at the hotel and it's right on the beach so we have that side of things covered, but DP and I like to get out and about a lot and can't just sit by the pool all day.

Could anyone tell me some specific things to do/activities/sights to see that will appeal to DS?

Thanks.

Oh I've just remembered another couple of questions I wanted to ask - would most restaurants have high chairs? Or is it better to take a travel booster seat? Last time we went abroad DS was only 4 months old so didn't have that problem.

Also, getting around the island, we may hire a car, but otherwise are busses/other forms of public transport good and easy to use with a pushchair?

Can I ask where you are staying? We went somewhere that sounds very similar in July!
