Pierre & Vacance holiday homes to rent in France - anyone been to any in Normandy?

Hi I am looking to book to go to France next summer with my 8 year old daughter and years ago, we stayed in some holiday homes owned by Pierre and Vacance. I can't see details for next year on the website and just wondered if anyone has used them recently?
Any recommendations? Thanks.

We went to one at Dives sur Mer a few years ago. Felt more of a residential area rather than a holiday resort but adjacent to the marina with good restaurants and just a short walk to the beach and promenade. Plenty to see and do nearby.

here? Normandy Garden is a larger complex with more facilities. Deauville also looked lovely and right on the coast.
