Eleveden Center Parcs - Is it flat?

We want to take out small kids and are wondering whether it would be flatter for cycling than Longleaf and Woburn are. Is it better?

yes Elveden is flat. Having been to woburn I wouldn't even consider it for cycling with small kids

incredibly flat, your DC will have no trouble getting around at all. We often go with dear friend who uses a wheelchair and choose Elveden for precisely this reason

I think that's sold us then. We are closer to Longleat and Woburn but the hills at Woburn aren't great for kids and Longleat has the big valley and doesn't have as good a children's swim area.

Thank you. DS1 is 5 and will love cycling round and DS2 will be 3 so can learn to ride or ride with us.
