I have returned from a holiday in The Canary Islands... We had a fantastic holiday. I am not someone to return to the same place..I have an 8 year old DS.

He likes a hotel with a pool with a slide and too make friends. We are travelling on our own so I found the fact the other travelers were so friendly a bonus...

Any recommendations.

Hello,

I would recommend the Olympic lagoon in Ayia Napa, or there is also one in paphos (this has better pool facilities i.e. more slides). They are quite large resort with lots to do and good for most times of the year and depending on times of year can be a bit more expensive. I work in travel so maybe able to give you some other ideas.

OMG.. it looks stunning unfortunately outside my budget..It comes up £2,600 for last week of summer holidays ..most the ones I have been looking at have been coming up about £1,200 ish

Hmm! 2600 is alot i didnt look at prices.

I would recommend looking into Malta and Cyprus or even a different island of the canaries they have a lot to offer!
