I wonder if someone can recommend a hotel that covers the following bases for a holiday in July/August with a 5 year old and a 2.5 year old please?

Option of all inclusive
Super lovely swimming pools with very shallow areas/toddler pools.
Greece is too hot, but I don't know where to start narrowing my search down to.
