hotels/resorts which offer with 2 room family rooms

please post your hotel/resort recommendations (not self catering) which offer 2 room family rooms ie a hotel room which has a separate sleeping area for children with a door which can be closed but not an ajoining room hotel room IYSWIM. Its always a struggle to search for them online so far I have stayed at Stella Palace in Crete and Voyage Torba in Turkey but would love to know any other European destinations such as Spain or Italy for Aug 2016 holiday.

Always on the look out for these,so here's some we have stayed in:

• Iberostar Anthelia Tenerife - has a duplex suite so bedroom upstairs for adult and DC sleep downstairs in living area ( only suitable for one DC). Lovely hotel.

• Chia Laguna Sardinia - has two styles of family rooms, one is two adjoining rooms & one is with one bedroom on top. Nice resort half board.

• Regency Country Club tenerife - Lovely two bed apartments. I know you said no s/c but it's possible to go B&B/HB or AI here as well

We've stayed at Princesa Yaiza in Lanzarote and Hilton Vilamoura in Portugal. Both very nice two bed family suites and great hotels.

Oh yes just thought of a couple more in Portugal:

• Grande Real Santa Eulalia
• argh name of other one escapes me, was a bit far from the beach anyway.

We stayed at the Puerto Azul Hotel in Puerto Pollensa, Majorca (been there twice) and all the rooms there have a decent living area (with brand new sofa beds, memory foam mattresses and perfectly decent for adults) and a separate twin bedroom.

The Villa Concha hotel in the same resort has one-bedroom apartments that are bigger than the Puerto Azul, and they have a separate kitchen too.

I just don't understand how they expect you to fit in a twin room with two adults and two children! Madness!

We are looking for two bed apartments in Majorca so watching this with interest!

Levante Beach Resort in Rhodes. We had two rooms with a very solid sliding door divider. There was space to sit outside which you could access from both rooms. Very spacious and loads of storage space too so you could properly unpack for the holiday without tripping over bags all the time.

Habitat Apartments in Puerto Pollenca in Majorca have 2 bed apartments, with 2 sofas in the living room.

Have walked past those chancer, looked nice actually. Just hoped for a tour company deal so DS could have kids club.

Sani Beach Club in Halkidiki - has family rooms (two rooms plus a bathroom), also has a fantastic kids club. It's not cheap though (still worth it, IMO).

We have recently got back from Carvoeiro in the Algarve. We stayed at the Monte Santo Resort and had a 2 bedroom apartment, and they are proper separate bedrooms with their own bathrooms. It also has open plan lounge/diner/kitchen so can self cater if you want. But it is part of a hotel so there is a restaurant on site but the main attraction is that the town has many different restaurants to try. So we went on B&B basis and then ate out nearly every night. Most hotels in the town seem to have similar apartments.

The Protur Hotel Bonaire in Cala Bona, Mallorca is a Thomson Family hotel offering HB, AI or SC. Twin room with 2 sofa beds in the living area. Fantastic hotel for kids with the usual clubs plus loads going on round the pool and in the evening. We had a fantastic time this year. Friendly, safe resort in a small town.
