Have only done neilsons but was brilliant. Kids loved it although they were younger when we went. Cost is so high in school hols we now go long haul for less!

We've done Neilson. Kids clubs are great. Well organised and well run.

Never been to a Mark Warner resort, but like those above, can highly recommend Neilson.
We went for the first time this year and couldn't fault it - so professional and well organised. We went to Lemnos which definitely has short transfer and good activities. Like most, it is a little way out of town, but you can walk there (15 mins or so) for non-catered nights out which I believe is more than you can for lots of MW and Neilson resorts.

Another vote for Neilson . We have just got back from Lemnos and was bliss - kids clubs / staff / garden room near the pool / food / activities all top notch . ( bar bill can be pricey at the end of the hol as is a 'no cash' system ) we got off lightly but some families with teenagers has bill of over £2000 !

I have done several Neilsons and just got back from Sivota. Rest of family liked it but I couldn't stand the place. Total scrum, like being on holiday in an airport. One day I actually cried, I hated it so much and had got so overtired (noisy and ineffectual air conditioning in the room meant I couldn't sleep). Drinks and ice creams were very expensive. Kids clubs were good though and spa ladies offered TLC when I really got fed up.

No one's mentioned the sailing/windsurfing! I take it they're a available at the places you've all been?

We've done MW Lemnos, and it was lovely. The pool wasn't huge though, and was rectangular (which is a disappointment after pools elsewhere). However, it's so close to the beach, that most people didn't use it much.
Food was great. Kids club seemed fun (we went pre-DC).

shotgun- watersports were all included except for scuba-diving, which was available at extra cost.
