Long weekend in September

Due to inset days we have a long weekend (Fri to Mon inclusive) coming up in late September. We have a 4 yr old and a 6 month old. Any ideas on where to go to keep both happy? We live in Surrey.

DC1 would probably love Thomas Land. All of the rides are just right for this age.

CBeebies thing at Alton Towers might also be good. You could combine it with a visit to monkey forest or Trentham Gardens.
