Needs to be suitable for young children (ages 3-5) but also a 90yr old in a wheelchair, plus 9 other adults ranging from 32-65yrs old. Needs to be at least partially indoors/undercover in case of bad weather (it's for end August but this is England, after all!) finally needs to be somewhere between the Midlands and Essex, either half way or slightly closer to the Midlands.
