Suggestions for Paris

Does anyone have suggestions for things to do in Paris with a 10/11 year old, please? (Apart from disneyland) It will be our first visit and just myself and daughter.

Apart from the obvious (Eiffel tower, note dame, scare coeur etc), my kids love hot chocolate at Angelina's, ice cream at bac a glaces in 7th (or berthillon on Ile saint Louis but I think it closes mid July to mid August strangely enough), Deyrolle taxidermy shop also in 7th, large scale Monet at the Orangerie next to place de la Concorde, bateau Mouche trip along the Seine, sailing boats at jardins de Luxembourg and the aquarium which is next to the Trocadero.

Use batobus go get about. Skip louvre. Do Pompidou top two floors for ace modern art
Go up arc de triomphe
Buy s Paris museum pass fior you to skip qs she gets in free so that's cool.

I'd skip the bateau mouche he longer boat tours. Too boring.
