How soon in advance do you pack for holidays?

Any must haves that I may forget?

Night before
I don't get people who pack a week in advance

I did that last time and it was all so rushed and jumbled

Hmm

Maybe start a couple of days before and keep adding to it

I wash and iron the weekend before and pack either the night before or the day of depending on flight time.

There's no right or wrong answer here. I would not be happy packing the night before. I often use a holiday as an opportunity to upgrade replace clothes so may have been collecting stuff in a suitcase for several months before.

Lists are the way to go. Particularly if you are worried about forgetting stuff or pack piecemeal like me
