SC Hotels with good onsite waterslides

Hello

Anyone know of any self-catering hotels that have fabulous waterslides on site, that will be warm in September please?

Sorry, should add, waterpark aimed at 5yo, so needs to be thrilling rides that he is allowed on, being not 1.2m tall yet.
