Mallorca - quietest resort?

Been a while but have visited Cala D'or, Port Pollensa which were nice. Will be going beginning of August next year and would prefer a less busy resort - if there is such a thing on the island!!! Thank you.

what about town of pollensa -not puerto pollensa. tends to be quieter with mainly families and no night clubs etc

Menorca is quieter

Quietest place I've been to in Majorca is Paguera

We went to Punta Prima in Menorca last year and it was much smaller and quieter than any resort I've been anywhere I think!

Thanks for suggestions, will check them out. has to be Majorca I think for ease of flights from local airport. But want to be walking distance of nice beach for DSs.

Cala S'an Vincente is beautiful. Went for a visit from Porto Pollensa. Only 5 mins away by car.

Cala egos just outside Cala d'or is small, nice and friendly. We're going for 3rd year in October.

I was just going to suggest cala d or it was lovely and not to busy we went in april though hotel was quite far out too so wasnt rammed with people.

Or hotel had a cove and beach attached

It was barcelo ponet (sp) playa it wasnt to pricey tbh but as i said we went in April

We went to Cala Marcal, just outside Portocolom - it was tiny and pretty quiet, but walkable to 'civilisation'. I prefer Menorca too, however.

I went to Porto Colom 14 years ago. Very quiet, quite pretty. Couldn't say if it is now though...
