Club Med Sicily - anyone been?

We're thinking of booking Club Med in Sicily for October half term - for me, DH, DS1 (9), DS2 (6) and DS3 (2). Just want sun, nice food, some sports facilities, pool and beach - the older 2 may want to hang out at the kids club (the youngest one will not want to be parted from us). Never been on a club med holiday before. It looks a good price and nice enough resort. Has anyone been there before - how did you find it? Any top tips?

Fantastic food and accommodation. However we had 2yo and 10 month old but dinner was not available until 7pm and this was an issue for us as the children usually go to bed by then

So we had to deal with tired / hungry children (eventually we just used the afternoon tea provided as a snack for them, but obviously we had to take them with us for our own dinner later).

Apart from that we would definitely go again. Service and accommodation and activities were really good.

We went to a mountain resort in Italy. Lots of hiking and mountain biking.

Sounds great Stubbed - thanks so much for replying. Yes, I'm a bit worried about the 7pm dinner time but hopefully will be able to get our 2 year old to have a late nap to last him out till the - the afternoon tea snack sounds a good idea.
