have not planned holidays but I am exhausted. I have tow options...

I have 2 kids primary age + husband. Budget is tight. I have 2 options: travel by car to Croatia or wait for a last minute holiday and use the flights...to a sunny beach country ( any) i really need a break as I was exhausted this year and had been signed off work. What would you do?

What is your budget? How long can you take? Won't driving to Croatia be quite knackering and use up quite a bit of your time off?

I'd look for the cheapest flights first and then look in that area for anything self-catering.
