5 days or so at in the last week in August? We have tiny kids so not too long a drive from the ferry terminal which will probably be Caen. Looking for nice family restaurants, a decent sized supermarket to stock up on cheap French wine, not completely rural. Coastal maybe? We both speak French so it doesn't have to be tourist-oriented necessarily. I'm not at all familiar with the north so any recommendations very welcome.
