Thinking of taking my 3yo DS to Spain for 4/5 nights and was wondering if there were any suggestions?

I want somewhere near to the airport so we won't be stuck on the coach for hours in the hot sun.

Also any tips for keeping a 3yo entertained and safe?

caserio del mirador have an airstream trailer, its amazing and a single mum was there with her toddler when we were last there, a lot cheaper than a whole week in the main house and just so fun and lovely, see the other reviews on MN hotel pages.. hire a car, one hour from alicante or valencia, really easy..
